How do I clean the outside of a stainless steel oven? Do I need some special cleaner.....any suggestions of which one?

When I worked in a commercial kitchen, we had a special spray cleaner specifically for stainless steel. I can't remember the name of it though.

Believe that cleaner would be some ZEP product.

wash it with dry comet. then rinse really well. that is what we used to do. if you want it shiny put a (very!) little bit of baby oil on it.

he the cook and knows all the stuff like that. he said to use a light oil , it will make it look like new
