The last of the old bites the dust... I wanted to do this to replant the front yard... I took down 4 trees to get more light and am spreading yards of new loam.... The tree next to me is going as well... I have a japanese maple that needs more light and is growing crooked to find it.

You have been working hard, Nat! :) That's a long walkway, and it's turned out great!

Where'd the moose go? ;)

Thank you for the pics.

Hi Nat.. I love your pictures, you are so creative with your garden... thanks for sharing them... I am waiting for my Mayflowers bushes to bloom here, they are so fragrant....shortlived but beautiful.. Hugs

OMG Nat....WOW!!!! Seeing that pic of the front meeting up with what you did last year - WOW!!!!! It looks so totally awesome!!! Thanks for sharing. I wish I had a yard that I could do something like a walkway - but then I'd probably have a dh that would not be happy with me. But hey - LESS MOWING!!!! :D

It looks FANTASTIC!!!!!

I am sure Chloe would love to help dig up the yard for ya ;)

And you thought the snow would never melt LOL

Wow! That is just awesome!

Did you use some sort of base underneath the bricks? How did you ever manage to get them so level?

Work in progress, or not....it looks FANTASTIC!!

Umm...do you hire yourself out, cheap? - LOL

I dug out a deeo tench and filled it with stone dust. I then tamped it down and used a trowel to lay the brick in place and a level... And a few taps from a rubber mallet.
