Tomorrow is oficially the first day of the rest of your life. Have you ever said "if I had a chance it to do all over again"? Well now you have the chance. How will you spend the rest of your life? Just like you did the first part or will you be dedicated to become he best you that you can be?

What ever you have been putting off, now is the time to stop putting it off and get on with it.

Is there a relationship that needs some attention? A friend or family member you need to get back close to?

Is there a pound here and there that needs to go on and go? Well the time is now, you know how, eating properly and exercise so time to get on with it.

Are you satisfied with your training? Are you where you want to be? If not there is plenty of help out here to fine tune your training to bring you the improvements you want.

Now that you know that tomorow is the day, what are you going to do with that knowledge?

Dave:)

What am I going to do with that knowledge?

I'm going to sign up for the full next year before I start really thinking about it and back out. :earboy2:

As for what else? I'll think about it some more and let you know.

What are you going to do? (Great thread, by the way)

Yea we are to far from Disney World also.

What am I going to do. Well to start with I'm going to start back eating healthy and low fat again, now that vacation is over.

We signed up for the Goofy today, before it fills up.

That last 2 inches is going to leave my waist line and my "now I'm in shape" pants will fit again.

I'm going to do the workouts I need to do not just the ones I want to do. One LSD, one speed and one tempo, then 2 days of what ever I want to do.

Be the best person I can be, by:

Being more patient with others. Being the best husband I can be. Being the best friend I can be.

I will find something to be happy about every day.

Thanks

Dave:)

awwww....Dave.....this thread is perfectly what i needed to read this morning

to be honest, i'm pretty content with my life. but i too have about 10 extra pounds from the holidays and WDW. i don't regret putting them on, i enjoyed every bite, now i just want them gone. I'm going to be really mindful of my mindless snacking

i'm going to do those interval workouts i KNOW will burn the calories/fat to lose the weight even though i dread them. at least 2 a week

i'm going to get back into yoga....i really miss it

more family fun time.....less fussing about the trivial chores

I've got to improve my flexibility by stretching more. I'm sure that will become more and more important as I spend 2007 training for my first-ever full marathon.

I've got tons of resolutions that don't apply to training, but I won't bore y'all with those.

Yes stretching, why is it so hard to even remember to do it.
