Ok...whoever goes in January on Dining Plan..we need the dirt asap, pleeezee???

We all would appreciate any input or changes to the dining plan from anyone who is going in January, 2006. Like are the credits (kids and adults) still pooled and menu selections the same, etc. etc. etc.....don't hesitate to e mail us in the middle of your vacation....we don't mind at all Seriously, thanks for any information for your fellow DISboard buddies.

We're leaving tomorrow for a week with the dining plan. Won't know about pooled credits, since our teens count as adults, but I plan to post reviews when we get back.

We went in november. The credits are pooled at the bottom of the receipt. However, it does say Adult meal, child meal for what you got. However, they are pooled. Like it will say "21 Table Service Credits" it won't say "14 adult TS credits 7 child Table Service Credits"

I'll be there the last week in January, when I think most of the changes will begin to happen (We're eating at CRT the day before it changes). We won't have children with us, but I'll ask the CMs, and probably some families what they're credits look like. K?

any input is so appeciated....i think as the time gets closer to my going i get more and more excited and maybe (my husband thinks) a little nuts about all the details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, he will be the first one to ask questions and say "we should have looked into this" so...he will be glad when we are there and i have as much dirt as i can get. have a happy trip everyone and write asap.

Have they changed the 2006 Dining Brochure? The one that is on the website that lists the CRT changes does not change the pooled credit system. Consequently, it would be highly unlikely that anything will change regarding the way one will be able to use TS credits.

1) Credits are issued "per person per night".
2) But they are pooled for the room.
3) Thus, your teenager can eat ALL your credits.

I don't know about January, but the credits were still pooled in December. At the bottom of the receipts it did say adult credits and children credits, but we had no problem using the credits as we wanted too. Have a great trip.

We were there in December and not one of our receipts said child or adult credits. It just stated "x of table service credits remaining"
