I had her for a while until I switched dates and had to get a new planner. She was very nice, responsive, and patient! I changed my location at least 10times and she was great about it. I think you are in good hands.

Hey, how long did it take you all to get your planners? I'm still waiting for the 2010 rates to come out, but I have been in contact with Gina and she explained the whole thing to me. She just kinda left that part out!
