I have an 9 and 5 yr old girls. I really want to take them to a signature restaurant during our April 2007 stay. I can't make adrs until Oct 16th but I am in the planning process and wonder which one to choose? :confused3

Any of them would be fine for the girls. My favorites would be California Grill (for the fireworks and the view), or Jiko, where you can also go out to the observation area and spot a few animals.

My kids are 6 & 4 and Jiko is their favorite WDW restaurant.

My kids like flying fish and the steak on the children's menu has always been quite good.

Gotta put my vote in for Bomas at AKL this is one of our entire family favorites.
Another one we just tried 2 weeks ago is Alfredos in Epcot WS. It was quite pricey, but we had a ball dining there. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful. The waitstaff there was superb. They were singing and the guests all got into it, waving their napkins in the air..definatley will go back next trip!!
Crystal Palace in MK was another winner. We had lunch there and the food again was wonderful. Along with the characters coming around to each table. We had a great time and my girls are 15 and 20.. :rotfl2:

We'll be at WDW this sat. for a week and we are doing 2 signature restaurants with kids ages-17,16,13,13, and 4,1.5. We are doing the California Grill in time for wishes, and Jiko so we're able to check out the animals after dinner. We have stayed at the AKL before and we ate @ Boma's;never Jiko-We'd like to check it out this time. Our youngest 2 are boys and the 4 year old is Austistic-so we're hoping all goes well! But the 4 year old loves to eat out. With your girls you should be fine!

Another vote for the California Grill. It's such a fun spot and the restaurant in general is fairly loud with the open style kitchen, so kids tend to blend in rather well. The first time we went, our waiter shared with us that he was the father of 5 children himself, so he had a BLAST with our girls (our youngest DD was 18 months at the time) and really made it a special experience for all of us. My DD6 loves the sushi rice krispie treat dessert!

Brown Derby, my kids have always been treated very well at BD. And Chef De France also.

One more vote for Flying Fish

and

Narcossis in time for Wishes is great too!
