And, this is totally on topic BTW, these are way more dangerous than golf carts at FW and should be banned.

Man Arrested for Drunk Driving a Motorized Cooler

Here's a piece of advice for our readers: Don't get behind the wheel or handlebars of anything motorized if you're intoxicated, whether it's a car, a scooter, Power Wheel, or even a cooler. It's dangerous, and most likely illegal.

Leslie J. "Bomber" Marr learned this the hard way when he was arrested on Memorial Day in Whitehall, NY and charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police saw him swerving around the streets and driving on the sidewalk... on a cooler. Marr was driving around town on a Cruizin Cooler, which puts a seat on top of a three-wheeled cooler and attaches an electric motor similar to those found on electric scooters. It even has a hatch so you can pull out a icy cold drink while driving. The hatch also has a cup/can holder on top, suggesting that this sort of activity is exactly what the designers had in mind.

Under state law, the cooler is still considered a motor vehicle so sobriety is a must, and a license is highly recommended.

I live in a small town. There was this one 80 year old man that got a dwi in his truck. So then he drove his tractor to the bar. Cops took it. Then his riding lawn mower to the bar cops took it. Then he took his bicycle to the bar cops took it. Then he started walking on the road drunk. I will let you guess how that ended but it was not pretty.

No for once, the three of them had nothing to do with it...we had a tag fest last night and you missed it! (they did too for much of it)

I was laughing when my wife told me about this poor fellow. What kind of buttock gets busted for DWI on a freaking cooler. You must have been a jerk to make the cop actually arrest you for it. Imagine going to Sing Sing, you got Colin Ferguson on one side, and Junior Gotti on the other, and you are comparing notes.... you are like, yeah man, our town had one cop, and he busted me for DWI on my cooler that goes 4mph...::cop:

I'd like to see a picture of that. Never heard of a motorized cooler. :lmao:

Eeww...sounds like they needed a spatula to clean that up.:crazy2: On the upside..he probably didn't know what hit him.

You would think that they would make a more comfortable set.:lmao:

Those are great. Get one of those litte pop up campers you pull behind a motorcycle and your all set.

they're perfect for when ya GOTTA GO, but you're ON THE GO.

Well Rog, it seems to me that you have found a solution to the potty issue your wife has with camping, without buying a TT. :confused3 :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Since I know speed is a consideration for Rog, how about rocket power??? It would look good in the 4th of July parade.................

We had someone across from us on our last trip to the fort with one of these. They were always on it. I thought DS was going to totally lose it one night when she came riding back on it. She went right off the pavement into the sand pad, needless to say it wasn't a pretty picture. He was in hysterics, we were trying to control ourselves. :rotfl2:

Thanks Rog, I still can't figure out how to post pics, which explains why I have not posted any of the pics I took back in Feb yet. I got a couple of good ones too.

This reminded me of a coworker a couple of years back who did not want to drive drunk, so she rode her bike to the bar. Upon leaving, she drove it directly into the bushes outside. She may have been safer in a car. LOL and just kidding.::cop: :rolleyes1

looks like Rog has been to some of the same bike rallys I've been to and more lol....I've seen people riding all kinds of contraptions at one rally in particular....had to giggle on that one lol:thumbsup2
