I say the same thing as polysisterchick.photobucket would probably be the best place to find CUTEsiggies
the things i got from photobucket is the volcom/dolphin photo,the dolphin lover and the pink/blue moving dolphins.you can also go to glittermaker to get those cool sparkley wordings.

livejournal is good as well. basically just search 'icons' on there and it will come up with some community's with excellent ones.

and

www.msndollies.com is good as well, however there are some things that aren't very.. well clean (there isn't anything gross, more just like cursing and stuff) so if you don't like it, don't go there.
