Hi all - thanks for responding to my post... Here's what I ended up doing...
I ordered the basket of cheer (or something like that - w/ fruit, crackers & cheese, and cookies), added mouse ears for both of us, some balloons and a bottle of wine, then shipped down the Minnie & Mickey wine glasses my hubby used to propose. I also shipped down a photo mat with the multiple cut outs, and a wonderful CM from the Grand Floridian is going to see if he can pull some strings and get it signed by as many characters as possible.
Hopefully my hubby will recognize the extra efforts I made...
