Ok, starting fresh with reservations, need help please...

Hi everyone!! We have been planning on our WDW trip for months now, and now that it's a month and a half away, everything is falling apart. See, we had a "friend" (which is a cast member) make our reservations for us, and we were planning on using tickets that she was giving us. So, she is nowhere to be found, and thank goodness, only got about $71 of my money. Ok...long story with too much detail, I know, but that brings me to this.....

Our trip is for March 12-19. We want to stay at POP (DS3 is OBSESSED with bowling, and practically hyperventilates when he sees the big bowling pins there), and get park hoppers with the dining plan. With all that said, is there a cheaper way to book the trip than through the WDW website?? Is there an AAA deal?? Any discounts?? I haven't been reading too much about all of this, because we thought we were going for next to nothing, because of my "friend." Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Going through AAA should be cheaper than the WDW web site. They offer discounts on room-only and packages. Sorry to hear about your disappearing "friend."

AAA package should be cheaper and if you book it this month you should get an added bonus. I don't recall what they were offering this year offhand, but Jan. is Disney month at AAA. Just realize that if you book a package now you are less than 60 days away from your date which I believe means you would have to pay for it in full. I think we saved around $200 or 300 by booking via AAA vs. CRO
