Ok so I barely know where to start

Internet Banking is pretty safe unless you get hit with a keylogger, if data is intercepted you'd be dead by the time they get past the encryption.
For ultimate safety see if your bank has a mobile app, Android and iPhones at this point in time cannot be keylogged, and still use the same data encryption.
Don't get me wrong there's always a minute risk, but you're more likely to be mugged in the park, broken into at the hotel, or have a bank robbery while you're in an actual branch.

oh god, you've made me more paranoid than ever..its amazing i even leave my house in the morning....:rotfl2:

oh and your just showing off now arn't you..:P

Nah showing off would be showing the perfect interior of the Computer I built myself last year :cool1:

and for those who are technologically inept...all i can say is ......OHHHHHHH....and why does my computer need to be re imaged every 2 months...???is it because of all these trogens i keep down loading (yep, MY IT dept hates me) I cant help it, but I click on everything:rotfl2:

thats what they keep telling me......

all i hear is "stop clicking on things karen"..or, "well ban you from the network karen"...or "sweet jesus karen, you've broken the internet again"....:rotfl2:

the best is "dont make us come down there karen and take the damn computer away, as your driving us nuts & we have now planted porn on your hard drive"

I.T. love me :thumbsup2

Well think of it this way, if people like you didn't exist we wouldn't have jobs :thumbsup2

thank you..its good to know I keep an entire dept employed......i think they have their own file just for me.

I have helped them perfect their spam filter & keep them up to date with the latest trogens.

I also have helped with their computer basic 101 idiots class program and have the record of the most re-imaging on a computer per calender year.

just as well the IT help desk manager is a good mate...she knows I'm an
ID-10-T...:rotfl2:

They could start up an anti-virus business :rotfl:
To be honest with you I worked at a small PC repair business a few years ago and the most fun part was seeing just how messed up some of the computers were.

I wish my IT dept had your sense of humour......although I do enjoy sending them screen shots of my latest screw up.....I could hear their eye twitching from a mile away......

ok I shouldn't torment them....but I tell them "get me a mac and this wouldnt happen so often"...but nooooooooooooooooo.......

where's my wavey thing....:wave2:ok, got it...

just take a deep breathe and breath........a few of us are old hands at WDW but still learn something new/ or many things new each trip, so you wont become an expert overnight..

just be prepared that these threads will be taken on tangents, OT & general mayhem & caos.....hold on and enjoy the ride..:thumbsup2

Ladies and Gentleman, please collect your belongings and watch your head and step. Please assist small children by the hand. Once again, we hope you enjoy the Magic Kingdom. :rotfl2:

see, i told you we do tangents...ok, maybe its just me:rotfl2:

Well if we are on a tangent,

DS was given one of those thanks Kevin free school laptops this year, we had to attend a lecture about mishandling them, and that we would be responsible for any repairs,

Well, he had to hand it in on Monday for an upgrade - when he got it back, the screen was broken  - The school better not ping that back to me.!

make sure you contact them before they contact you..take a photo of the damage....they will be covered by insurance.

Hello BemaniAK

Back from Star Wars weekend.

WIFI is now installed in WDW and is free.

I asked an employee about hotel package deals. She said that deals are out there and just keep checking for them on the website because even the employees don't know about deals in advance. She did tell me that the 2 months that are the least crowded in the parks were September and February. She formerly worked in the theme parks.

She did say that if you are a park fanatic, the economy resorts are adequate as it is just a place to sleep. Value resorts are about US$150 a night right now. Port Orleans Riverside is where I stayed - a moderate resort and is about US$200 a night. It is a nice resort and has a nice pool area. A package deal may reduce the price soomewhat. Only must do in my opinion is stay in a Disney resort. I think it is worth it.

All the best on your trip.

We stayed at Pop Century - and it was wonderful - wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. Its a lot of fun!!

There are a lot of children about - but hey its Disney- but none that were a problem. We had no trouble sleeping till 10:30 on our first day:eek: (that wasnt the plan)

One thing, if you get on to a free dining promo (quite likely in Sept), you will only get QS meals (walk up counter services) you can upgrade to regular dining, but this may make it comparable to staying at a moderate. (where you get reg dining for free! )

you can pay $10 pp/ p day to upgrade from QS to TS plan...def. worth it while staying at a value

I didn't know that it was so reasonably priced. Thanks for that :)

here to help...we did it the last time we were at POP in 2010....so $140 for 2 people for 7 days TS meals...bargain:thumbsup2

:confused3 it must of gone up its costing us $16.55 each a day to upgrade ours 12 nights is $1191.61:confused3 ;) I try not to think about that bit though and just remind myself that we are saving $600+ instead of having 2 rooms at POR:rotfl2:

All the best on your trip.

Thanks a ton :upsidedow

for those of you who love electronic doo-dads as much as I do, what do you recommend I take for America's 120v plugs?
I'll only be plugging in two laptops and a camera, the only issue being that I don't know yet if the Camera I buy will have a charger that can take 140v
If it can all will be fine but if it can't, what do you recommend I take with me?
