ok... really REALLY stupid question

So I'm new to this whole wedding planning thing and am planning on an April 2010 wedding. As I've been reading everyones PJs and TRs I've been taking lots of notes! But... what is a BEO??? I've been seeing them posted and it looks like estimated prices but is it short for something? I know it's a stupid question but i'd like to know before I call disney this weekend! TIA!!

It took me about two months before I figured it out. BEO: banquet event order. It's basically an invoice of what you want.

I disagree with your "dumb question" title. It's not dumb! All the disboard abbreviations really stump me sometimes too.

Definitely not a dumb question, until now I always thought it stood for "Best Estimate Order"
I wasn't even close.

We are hoping for a December 2009 wedding and when I called Disney at the beginning of this year they gave me very limited information as it was more than 18 months away.

I don't think it's a dumb question at all. My fiance was trying to figure out what it was too. He was like "Best Estimated Order?", "Bring Eggs Over?", "Bilingual Ethiopian Offspring?" It took me FOREVER to figure out STD was save the date. I remember the first post I saw here was like "Yea! My Grandma got her STD!" and I was like "Now, who would want to share that? And why would you be happy about it? And what kind of retirement home is granny at that she's getting a STD?!"

Glad I could amuse y'all! That's ok. I figure dout pretty fast that WC was wedding coordinator, but fiance did not. He was looking at another board with me once and kept seeingt hings like "Got my WC!" And "when did you get your WC?" and finally he asked me if it was a wedding site or for do-it-yourself house remodeling. He was thinking of the old fashioned WC -- Water closet! He thought everyone was talking about the arrivals of toilets!
