I know ive asked it. I know ppl have answerd giving websites and stuff but for some reson the websites werent working for me. I cant get prices on how much it would be for a week. I dont know if there deliver to desert inn before i get there or after? I seem to not be able to find anything when i did get to one website.
My fionce is trying to make me fill better and telling me to calla dn cancel pph and he will just make sure to rent me one these electric chairs. (I was going to try to just use the monrail and train a lot from hotle back and forth but staying across the street i would need to rent one. my legs seem to just be getting worse so im giving in and going to do the renting thing if I can find the places. And if its cheaper then at the parks witch from what ive herd it is

LOL, what a title! Electric chair conjures up different images in my head. :)

I don't know the rental places, and I'm sorry.

However, I do want you to know that the walk from Paradise Pier to the monorail is probably not that much shorter than the walk to the esplanade from Desert Inn.

However however, I think that if a person's fun will be helped by getting an ECV, then it's a good thing to get one! My uncles and aunt have pretty much all had a hip or two, or a knee or two, replaced, and every single one of them REFUSES to use any sort of wheelchair (even the uncle with lifelong MS), and I just can't understand why. They would have such a better time going places if they weren't in horrid pain just walking.

So I applaud you for working on getting one, and I'm sure someone out there will have the site or sites for you.

ty. when we drove from az to florda for wdw i used a whell chair since the acdent had just happined. but it sucked.. so this last trip i went back and forth on the disicion and decied agenst it. I kinda regreted it half way though the first day. The brakes at hotle helped but i think having ecv would of let us do more and I wouldnt have sat down at every bench we passed lol

ty tho, I was looking at a map and saw pph about the same distince as desert inn to the frount gates i was like well that almost makes it less why i should go to pph. (yes we want concearge service but if we just orded from vons. or my fionce went to the mini mart down street ..it probley still be good. and im getting the cholate strawburrys in the f desert package lol my fionce has been elling me all day call and cancel pph lol
ty for telling me tho that its about same distince and that i should get one. It really would be better for our trip (now i wonder if my son could sit on my lap in stead needing his stroler lol

You could probably even order chocolate covered strawberries from Von's! :) OK, I don't know that they have them, but they do have a nice bakery, in my opinion.

I have heard that with the park rentals, you sign a form stating that you will NOT let anyone ride on your lap, but I don't know about the other companies. I've seen people do it, don't get me wrong, but I would hate for you to accidentally void your contract by doing it! :scared:

The pirate in your signature picture is the one that always goofs on my son when he sees him, because of my boy's red hair. He's a funny pirate.

DL is very strict about not having anyone ride with you on their Electric Vehicles. I rented one every day at the parks and was caught with my grandson on my lap. A Cast Member politely reminded me of the rule and warned me that I could lose the priviledge of keeping the ECV if caught again.

I used to feel embarrased by renting an EVC, but no more. I have bouts of angina if I eat the wrong food, (churros, Dole Whip...etc) as well very flat feet. DH and the rest of my family insist that I rent an EVC now to which my aging body replies "Thank you." ;)

we will take the big stroler its dubble couse hay i was thinkign having another one 2years ago, really glade i didnt yet. I will once we move to Utha or Cali in a few years and see what happines. but i do use the strole son loves the room and it holds our bags and lots stuff under like a ice chest.
