OK..Pick my dinner places for me!

We (family of four, all adults, one vegetarian) are coming back to DLR for the first time since COVID Nov 8-11..so we need three great dinner suggestions! Tell me, if you could pick anything, reservations no issue, which would you choose?
Staying onsite at GHC, prefer seated options.

Such a question! Well, eliminating character meals because you’re all adult, I’d say Blue Bayou because of atmosphere/ fun. But for a dinning experience, assuming full menu is back, Napa Rose.

Cafe Orleans is a nice lunch area and my favorite place to go for the Monte Cristo and Frites
Bengal BBQ great snack place
Tropical Hideaway Baos, but must have red sauce with it.
Dole Whip at the Enchanted Tiki Room unless you want a different flavor than pineapple, then go to TH
Rancho Zocalo is okay
Jolly Holiday AWESOME Beef Birria Cheese Sandwich. Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup also good
Corn Dog at Main Street Cart or Stage Door

Disney California Adventure
Adorable Snowman Frozen Parfait. Lemon flavored parfait but be sure to eat the bottom portion. Best part of the snack.
Lamplight Lounge, and their Breakfast Brunch
Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta Italian Chef Salad and Chicken Sun-dried Pasta
Corn Dog Castle for the spicy version
Pyms Test Lab for the Honey Buzz, sooooo good on a hot day MAKE SURE YOU MIX ALL OF YOUR ADULT DRINKS before consuming.

The lamplight lounge will be new to us, so could be worth checking out for sure.

If you don't have a reservation for Trader Sam's, get there just before opening and you should be able to get a walk-in table.
A bit harder in the evening, but you want to show up around 3pm-4pm.
What I like to do is leave the parks around 11am (take monorail if I am at Disneyland), and head to TS as they open at 1130am.

Carthay Circle is on my list for future, when my kiddo is old enough to really appreciate it. It looks amazing from the reviews I've seen. The Lounge area looks nice too, not as fancy and lighter fare food. Perhaps more lunch or light dinner.

Carthay Circle. Atmosphere out the wazoo! You kinda look around to see if Walt himself might be having dinner across the room.

There a few here that keep turning up, so that‘s a good sign. Wondering if Fantasmic will be on mid week in November? If so RB would be a good option.

I’ve been wanting to try the restaurant - we have been to the bar once. Good to know the food is great.

I have more avoid restaurants on my list right now than recommendations.

These three are consistent options for us.

1. Napa Rose
2. Carthay Circle, inside and out.
3. Catal
