with this segway thing.....last week they "banned" themn from the parks....Now its an attraction for guests?

As an 'attraction', the Segway is going to be a supervised time in the AM, in World Showcase, before opening time. The 'banned' Segways are just anybody using them, similar to not being able to roller blade wherever you wish.

The only Segway riders we saw at the parks were
Admin looking people in suits. They were quite skilled at
riding them and staying safe-we were there between
Christmas and New Years in the crowds.
