is tenting compltely unbearable in august?? Whats the typical weather? Rain, heat , shall I just bring a frying pan and eggs, or will the concrete do? LOL Thanks again

We have seen lots of tenters in Aug. I don't know how they do it but DW assures me that it is not that bad when your young or young at heart as long as you have a fan or maybe even an airconditioner. She was a GS Leader and did the tent thing many times.

Hot, rain, those buzzing bugs that like to sample the red stuff in your veins, but the comfort stations are cool and have lots of cold water for showering.

As far as eggs go, the trees help to lower the temps so a pan is a must if you don't want the eggs too runny.
