Im trying to cashout at milesource for a chilis GC and when I got to the part where it asks for a confirmation #(which I know comes in a separate email) it says it cannot process my order without it!!!!

please help

To get the confirmation number, you will need to order a generic


Click on the "Cash in Award Miles" tab near the top of the page.

Then, under "View Items by Category", click on the "Milesource Awardcenter" link.

Click on the "5,000 Awards Miles" link on the right side of the page.
This will bring you to an order form where you can order the confirmation number. It will take 4-6 weeks to get it via email.

Once you have that confirmation number, you can return to the Awardcenter and order your Chili's GC. It will take an additional 4-6 weeks to arrive.
