Our favorite breakfast is definately Crystal Palace. It's a beautiful place, the food in wonderful, and the character interaction is not to be missed (even by grown-ups). We always try for a first seating ADR (8:05 am). We love getting into the park early and having the place practically to ourselves for a bit, but if you want a later breakfast I think they seat breakfast till 10:30 or 11 (and I have read some say that if you time it right you can sample some lunch offerings as they are changed out).
