Oh, 280K! Well, I've never hit there, but I would turn down/off the sound because game seems to go faster, and pretty much what I said before.

For 280,000 I would say you should aim:

to be at 45,000 end of Level 1
at 100,000 end of 2
at 160,000 end of 3
at 220,000 end of 4

You will need to hit flawless almost 100% of the time. If you wait until the last second of the flash, you are on target. If you wait a milisecond after, of course, you've just shot yourself in the foot.

Have a fanastic connection and a great mouse (unlikely on wireless)

In other words, if you aren't someone who was regularly hitting better than 250,000 before this quest business began, it will take a ton of practice.

I can't see why it wasn't set at 250,000. That's hard enough for everyone but us fireworks addicts.

I am self-admitted addict and I still top out at 270,000 on good days.

Of course, I never played HM before this week and I doubt I'll eer get past those 85 stinkin' ghosts anyway. . .
