he is growing like a weed. I buy him one size, and they don't fit a week later. He fits into my husbands old jeans. How scary is that?

I did the same thing with DD this past year. As for shoes, I never pay more than $30 until their feet stop growing. DD went from a kids size 2 to a womens size 6 in less than a year! It appears her feet have slowed now so she will be allowed a more expensive choice for school this year (maybe the Uggs she's wanted for a couple of years now)
