I am renting a stroller for my 3 yr old. With my Disney Visa I get 2 rentals per day, if we leave the park and get our hand stamped and return do I have to rerent it?
How do the strollers work on the DL Railroad? On the Monorail?
And what is the direction of the Railroad..? clockwise? And what are the stops.

What is the fastest way to Toontown from the maingate?
How long is the First 50 Magical years show?
How long is the Toon Town magical Morning Celebration? When can you ride the rides?
Ok one last one for now..
How long of a show is HISTA?

SORRY AGAIN....
I am getting too darn excited. We leave in December but thinking of Turkey and good times has me planning! :cheer2:

If you leave during the day just keep your receipt and you can get another stroller when you come back, same thing if you are park hopping. Also, if you use a rental stroller, take a colorful scarf (I got one for 1.00 at walmart) and tie it to the handle so you can find yours in a sea of rental strollers. The rental strollers are not allowed on the monorail or on the railroad. When are you going? We are going in late January and are so excited, we went last April and just have to go back.

Thanks for the stroller answers!
We are going to be there the 20-22 of DECEMBER in the park.. going to arrive in CA the 19th and fly out the 23 so we will be around DTD those days ;)

Honey I shrunk the Audience is around 25 minutes long.

The railroad goes (if you are standing at the main gate looking up at the railroad) clockwise. It stops at New Orleans Square, Toontown, Tomorrowland and the station on Main Street (where it also starts out).

Ok wierd logistical question if I wanted to take the DL Railroad to a different part of the park.. what would I do with the DL stroller?

You would have to leave it where you got on the train and then come back to it later. But what you could do as an example would be to catch the train on Main Street. Take the train to Toontown, do a few things there (you are very close to Fantasyland too at that stop, especially It's a Small World). Then after Toontown and Fantasyland you can either walk back to your stroller seeing more things on the way or get on the train again. I like the Railroad as a ride and sometimes as a means for getting around the park, but with a stroller it gets complicated. The railroad comes in very handy during parades and Fantasmic as the walkways get very clogged with people. You should also know that if the park is very crowded, you can wait awhile for the train. As it fills up not every person at each stop can get on as there just isn't enough room. If I see a long line at the stations I figure it is just easier to walk!

What would happen if I just took my personal items off the stroller and left it? I probably would be fined for not returning it?
Is the only place to return them at the maingate?

We just got back late last night. We got a stroller each day with the Disney Visa. A few times we had to remind them not to charge us. They told us that the CMs would fold the stroller for us to go on the train. We never did do it so I cannot verify that for you.

We would just leave the stroller parked near Main St. so we didn't have to go thru the line when we came back to the park. Once it got put back, once it did not (we left it further up by the train station and left our sweatshirts on it).

Also I was told on here that we could not take it between the 2 parks, but we did many times and no one said anything. We parked it once in DCA even with sweatshirts on it and it got turned in. When we went to get another one they gave us our things.

No, you don't get fined for not turning them back in. At night when it was crowded people just left them near the rental place.

We took our strollers on the monorail and the train.. just had to fold them up... they were our own.. but can't see that makes a difference...

We saw LOTS of abadonded strollers at the end of the night..

I was so glad one of your questions wasn't "What time is the 3 o'clock parade?" :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Just a little "pay it forward" kind of thing...we rent two free with Disney VISA, and offer one to the next person in line.

AH so sounds like I could take the DL stroller on the train or monorail! That is a good thing ;).
Paying for someone elses that is a nice thing! :wizard:

I am still wondering
What is the fastest way to Toontown from the maingate?
How long is the First 50 Magical years show?
How long is the Toon Town Morning Madness Celebration? When can you ride the rides?
