We submitted for ROFR on 6/2 and heard the good news yesterday (6/21), so only 19 days for them to waive (and we feel we're getting a very good price). I sent the check and all of the paperwork to the escrow company today via Express Mail, and the title company's rep said that the sellers are eager to speed the process along as well from their end, so we may end up closing before we were even expecting to hear back from DVC!
