OK is this "normal"? HELP!!!

Hi we have been told that our characters wont be coming out together! We are having the beast and cruella de vil and as they are not similar themed we have to have them one at a time!!!

Basically the beast will come out first, then when he goes cruella de vil will come out next!

I cant see the point myself...but hey what can you do? I jut wanted a photo of them together...sob!

Has any other disney bride experienced this?

Disney has some special rules regarding what characters can and cannot do. I can see Disney's point; Beast and Cruella are differen't in that Cruella is truly evil, and beast is more spoiled (reformed) than evil.

One other strange thing I saw; Mickey can be there when you present an engagement ring, but he cannot hand it to anyone...

The rules are there to help keep the image of the characters pure...

Oh well, good luck on your wedding...

We had Mickey and Minnie and Goofy. Mick and Minn came out together and then Goofy a little later. After Goofy left they took us to the back of the reception where there was a little alcove off the main room where they had originally entered. They had all three there for the two of us to take photos of with. They may do that for you too, you might inquire if that is possible to do it where all the guests cannot see it.

Oh No, that sucks! I've set my heart on Donald and Chip n Dale. They always seem to be together on stage shows. Fingers crossed I can have them all at the same time.

Although the alcove is a compromise it seems such a shame that your guests cannot be a part of the magic.

Most of the time, the ones they will not allow to appear together are because they are from different filmes, areas or genres.

Chip n' Dale and Donald should be able to appear together, because they all fall into the Mickey and friends category. But, for instance, Stich will most likely not be able to appear with say Cinderella, because of the desire by Disney to keep the themes. This is true also for those hosting events in Epcot, you cannot have Beast come to Italy, because his character is from France.

Mention your desire to your EM to have photos of you and your hubby with the characters together and see what they say.
