there are a couple ways to do it I guess. 
either as a topper plus one or a just one thing. either way it would be small groups. (and you can sign up for as many groups as you want). ideas might be stuff like:
meeting santa
christmas eve
christmas morning
decorating the tree
baking cookies
santa (in general)
and since I've not had breakfast yet, my brain can't come up with anything else right now. anyhow with the topper plus one you would make a topper (one that can fit both an 8x11 or a 12x12 page since I have no idea how everyone scraps) and then something else (journal box, squares, etc)
or the other way, you just pick an element and let me know what it is and who ever picked it first gets it so we don't have 5 journal boxes for example. and it would be one person per idea in the group. There is of course the store bought route as well... ribbons, rubons, buttons, snaps, etc.
