Ok Im Getting Worried Need Help

A couple of years ago my family and I wanted to go to the camfire movie. At the time were staying at the ASM we went straight from Mk to the campfire via the boat. Here is where it became a problem, getting back to ASM. It took 4-ever to get back trying to figure out what bus goes where etc..
Here is my ? we r now staying at the fort in nov. what is the best way to get MGM and Animal Kingdom? Im assuming the boat is the best way MK and Epcot. Easiest and fastest way would be nice because I will have a stroller for dd7mo,dd13,ds10 and dh.

Probably the busses -- I don't remember the trip to MGM being too awful long but the bus to AK stops at Blizzard Beach first and takes a little longer.

Boat to MK
Bus to Epcot (there is no boat to Epcot from the fort)
Bus to MGM
Bus to AK
These are the the best and fastest ways if you are using Disney transport. We take our own vehicle to Epcot most of the time because it seems the Disney buses seem to run quite slow for some reason, all other parks we take Disney transport.

Boat to MK
Bus to Epcot (there is no boat to Epcot from the fort)....

If you take the boat to MK, you can hop on the Monorail and take that to Epcot. But I'm not sure thats any faster than catching the bus, much more fun though.

If you do this you will also have to transfer to the Epcot monorail at the TTC.
