OK, I'm done being blue

Hi everyone, haven't posted in quite a while. My DH, who Trinity and I hadn't seen in 2 months, was home for a wonderful two weeks. So needless to say, I didn't spend a lot of time on the internet. We literally spent every waking moment together. He left a few days ago and it was quite depressing, but each day is better and like the subject says, I'm pretty much done being blue.

Funny, this feels like a trip report... Anyways, we saw The Lion King which was playing downtown. it was a surprise for DH, b/c I knew that if i suggested it he would have said that it was for kids. But he loved it and was thoroughly impressed with the show, the songs, the cast's beautiful voices, everything. And, of course, I loved it too.

We took a trip to Brookfield Zoo, and it was just a perfectly gorgeous day out there. Trinity had such a good time and she loved watching the dolphin show.

DH completely spoiled me and Trinity, and now that it's back to our regular daily routines we miss him so much. He misses being home, Trinity and he were the cutest buddies together. Being apart just plain sucks, for lack of a better word. But we both know that for now this is the best. Thank you to those who have thought about us, and who have sent me kind emails. I greatly appreciate it.

Continued good wishes for you and Trinity, Jenny. Glad you guys had such a nice time while he was in. And his next visit will be here before you know it. Of course you're going to miss him no matter what, but the time will go much faster if you concentrate on having a great time with that adorable little baby.
