OK, I'm confused...what time is it in Grand Cayman

Hi! I'm so confused, and the more I think about it, the more confused I get? We are going on the Western in May. Will ship time and Grand Cayman time be the same or different? If the ship docks at 7:30, will that be 6:30 GC time? Am I making any sense??? GC will be on CST during that time of year.

They will tell you the night before to turn your clocks back one hour. The ship time will then be CST/CDT. They will then remind you again to switch to EST/EDT before returning to Castaway Cay
