what is with all the " are you taken" questions? and what does it mean when you see ###?

Are you taken questions mean they want to know if you already have a boyfriend/girlfriend within the vmk game.

When somone tries to 'talk' and ### appears, it means they typed a word that is not in the vmk dictionary of allowed words..

Thanks for asking about "are you taken" I was wondering what that was about.

I asked some people on VMK, why do you want a boyfriend or girlfriend? The reply was "because it's cool" I haven't hit 30 yet, and that is now considered cool????
