And where do I get the DDE card?

There is no "best" place to get an Annual Pass, since unless you're in the military, a DVC member, or a Florida Resident, there's no discount.

By buying in advance, you'll get a voucher that you'll have to take to Guest Relations to activate. Vouchers are available by calling 407-WDISNEY, or through www.disneyworld.com. They also used to sell them at the Disney Store, but I think since Magic Your Way started, they've stopped. But if you have a Disney Store, it may not hurt to call and ask if they have them available.

You can also purchase an ACTIVATED Annual Pass from any Guest Relations window, or ticket window on property, as well as the Earport Store at Orlando International or from one of the Disney outlet stores at Premium Outlets or the Belz mall.

Disney Store does not sell APs anymore because Disney no longer owns the Disney Store. I had to find that out the hard way!

I ordered mine through disneyworld.com paid for the extra shipping and will be activating it tomorrow!!

You can also buy your AP from a TA. My friend did this and avoided the extra shipping charges
