You are all going to get so fed up with me pirate: anyway here goes.

We are staying at Ron jons before we cruise any new info on the resort would be cool.
Has anyone been to the manatee observation place thats on daves dis sight?
If so what did you think.

Can you recomend any eating places we will have our girls 8 & 9 with us and want to try somewhere different to mc donalds and pizza ;) ;) ;)

Palo's what exactly is the dress code? I get very confused as there are so many different opinions, recently I read that a dress shirt and smart trousers are ok, if this is the case we might look at booking, dont get me wrong I dont mind being suited and booted (it's not my chosen attire) but it's just that we will be travelling for a month and luggage space is limited.

When you board do you atomatically get shipboard credit or do you set a limit by putting cash/card down? please excuse my ignorance.

I think thats probably enough for now, believe me my head is spinning with ?????'s

Many thanks to you all

A jacket and tie is recommended at Palo. You don't need a suit.

Regarding credit onboard; when you check in at the port you will be asked if you want to put a credit card on your account. Cash is not accepted onboard. You charge everything to your room key-aka your KTTW card.

Ask away-that's what we are here for!

Grills Restaruant and Tikki Bar is right on the waterway.

It is a great casual restaurant. I would post a link, but I couldn't get it to open up. They have a varied menu. We just had sandwiches, because we figured we'd be eating lots on the cruise anyway. You didn't mention whether you are going on the Wonder or the Magic, but if you are on the Wonder, you can watch the Magic depart on Saturday, a very fun experience.

It is definitely worth the cab ride over.

Also, another thing to consider, although we did not do this. I believe I read somewhere that Grills is a great place for breakfast, and you can see all the cruise ships in the morning while you would be eating breakfast.

We went with our 10 YO DD, and she loved this place.

Dave's site has a link to Grills. Go to the Cape Canaveral map and click on "Grills Seafood"
