Pee'd in the swimming pool? I'm talking about knowingly, on purpose. In just your private pool at home or in a public or resort pool too?

Ok fess up...(btw, I NEVER have ;) )

You are never, and I mean ever, coming to my pool

Weird thread Jennasis.

I have pee'd in the sea but never in a pool. :sad2:

Pee in the ocean, pee in the river, pee in the creek. After all the fish did it first. But pee in the POOL :sad2:

You don't poo where you eat, why would you pee where you swim? :confused3 :rotfl:

I swam for the first time in the Pacific Ocean last summer so I had to pee in it for good measure. Funny, same day I heard on the news out there about a "don't swim" restriction near the beach I was at. :rotfl:

Be careful if peeing in the ocean.....

we travelled with another couple to Antigua... the husband is a riot.. anyway after spending the day with Mr. Jack Daniels & Mr. Captain Morgan pirate: he decided to go into the ocean..... :rolleyes1
lets just say that jellyfish are attracted to urine.. :sad1:
One swam up his shorts and got stuck and kept stinging, and stinging, and stinging.. finally he took his shorts off in the water and threw them across the ocean and came running out..

Of course, not knowing what is going on...... we're up at the beach thinking...there he goes again....

Needless to say... after doctors appointments and welts that lasted months (so says his wife) the purple streaks finally went away :rolleyes1

Someone once told me about a pool chemical that changes the color of the water around you if you pee in it.. don't know if it's true or not, but I'm not risking it!

I sooo needed that laugh!

Yes there is a chemical that turns colors. My friends had it in their pool. It would turn purple. We saw it once when they had a little boy in the pool about four years old. It was so funny!!

I've been tons of times in my grandma's pool. But I just can't bring myself to pee in a public pool.... why? Because of this legendary chemical in pools that can turn water colors if you pee. I know most places do NOT use it, but I always wonder, what if that one time I do, the water changes colors??? LMAO!!!

SNOPES FOR ONCE IS WRONG!!!!! (I've always wanted to say that!)

I've seen it with my own two eyes!!!! The water around that little boy turned just as purple as you please. Everyone cracked up and the father told us he bought it from his pool company trying to catch one of his teenage children in the act.

On my swim team, my coach wont let you get out of the water to go to the bathroom during practice because too many kids have tried to get out of doing sets. She tells us to just go in the water. I will admit it, I do. But everyone does it on my team.

My friend growing up had a chemical in their pool as well. It didn't turn colors but it would foam up around the person because it was the chemical reaction of the chemicals cleaning the pee. This was about 12 years ago though.

I wonder if that foamy chemical is DE (diotamaceaous earth). My dad used it on our pool and the water would get a little foamy.

I think overall, its best not to think about what goes on in the pools at aresort. You just KNOW that 99% of those kids are not getting out of the pool to go to the potty. Luckily the pools are so heavily chlorinated, it isn't an issue...but it's still kind of gross.

YEs, it is a weird thread, but I'm in a weird mood today.

I haven't pee'd in the pool on purpose in a long time. I think I realized how gross it was right around 11 or so.

Actually, i was taught that there we 2 types of scuba divers- those who pee in their wetsuits and those who lie about it. ;)

Of course I pee in the pool. I thought everyone did. If I'm having a few beers at the nearby cabana, I just stroll over to the pool, drop trou, and pee like the little cherub in Italian gardens. It's easy!

How else are you supposed to warm the water up? ;)

No no no!! You're supposed to swim AWAY from the warm spot!!!
