I take a multi-vitiamin every day and an electrolyte tablet after every hard workout. How about the rest of you, what do you take? What has or has not worked for you in the past?

Dave:)

Prenatal Vitamins!!! HaHaHa!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Couldn't resist.

Have a great day.

multivitamin, 500mg calcium with 100IU vit D, additional 1000 IU vit D.

multivitamin, Calcium supplement, Vitamin C, two baby aspirin and just recently added Ocuvite type supplement b/c my eyes are tired  and my grandmother has macular whatever, the name escaped me.

when i'm being serious about strength training, i will drink a protein shake after a weight workout

1,000mg Fish oil capsules, 1,000mg Niacin, aspirin and 1,500mg Glucosamine daily.

I take Melaleuca's Daily for Life plus Nutraview (lutein supplement) and Replenex (glucosamine and joint complex). Check out the lutein in the Ocuvite though. I think the daily recommended amount is 10mg and I think Ocuvite only has 2mg. I REALLY like Melaleuca's vitamin regimen. It is all made to work together. And since they are a pharmaceutical company and manufacturer all their own stuff they are constantly doing research about the dosage levels and RDA. I haven't been sick and/or to the doctor for anything in 3 1/2 years, since I started taking them. Even my kids. 4 kids---no doctor visits. Anyhow, they guarantee the absorbency of their minerals due to a patented process and have a money-back guarantee. Plus I really like their fat-burning energy bars and shakes. They are essential for my workouts. I even carried part of a bar with me in my pocket during the 1/2. It was a bit gooey but I ate it! I don't do the gu or stuff they pass out because I swear by these. I think it is so important that you take a good vitamin and nutritional supplement. It has done a world of difference for me!

normal high strength multi vit plus fish oil to hide the wrinkles - when marathon training though I swapped to Pharmaton which have extra iron and ginseng and are supposed to be used short term in times of fatigue and stress, and I'm sure that's why I managed to get through it without problems. I think they're called something else in the US, but it's very similar
