How about the ghost of George in POTC?

Supposedly, a man died while the construction was going on. The CMs say goodmorning to George every day because if they don't, they say the ride breaksdown. Rumor has it if you yell out George during part of the ride it will breakdown......yes, I plan on having DS5 do it! (I figure no one will think it's too weird if a 5 yr old does it, but a 40 yr old?)

We know that Birthday Pins are available to wear and maybe provide a little pixie dust!

Pick them up at any park--just ask as you go in and they'll tell you where in each park.

.....And, because it's considered a show, Walt would have been the "director". So his name sits on the very last window. And it faces the castle - so that he could always see his creation.

And don't forget, Walt's name is on the window of the Main Street train station facing the entrance. That way his name is the first one that is seen upon entering MK as well as the last one leaving Main Street.

There is also a door somewhere on the ride and I can't remember completely, but if the door is open, then George is happy and the ride will not breakdown, but if it is closed, then he is upset and it will break down that day. That might be reversed and I'm sure some DISer here can confirm or correct that for me.

the train the Lillie Belle is only used once a day at the opening of the park. Only at that time will the train be centered at the station.

I read somewhere here a few months back that there are "strategies" for being able to open toontown or wake up Tinkerbelle....can someone tell me what to do.....If my dd7 woke up Tink - I think she would faint from being overjoyed.....

For both you need to be the first. Toontown does not open until 10 a.m. Mickey and a few friends will come to the rope and open toowntown and if you are the lucky one you get to walk with him.

You need to be at the Tinkerbell Tresusre shop at 9 a.m and be the first one in and you ask if you daughter may wake Tinkerbell up.

The shop is located right after you walk through the castle to your left.

I guess it's worth a try since we will be there a week....Are there people pushing to do this...or is it little known (except to DISers ofcourse)

Wake Up Call is if you are staying in a Disney Resort you can call to have a wake up call for the next morning. When your phone rings at the time you told them to call and wake you, it is Mickey on the phone waking you up. (currently it is Stitch & Mickey).

Kitchen Sink is a giant ice cream sundae that is sold at Beaches & Cream (Yacht & Beach Club). Here is the description from allearsnet.com: Kitchen Sink - scoops of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee and mint chocolate chip, smothered in every topping we have $21.99

How about,

You can see the Tower of Terror from Epcot but it is camouflaged. I didn't realize it until it was pointed out on the Segway Tour!

Now, why is the ToT painted the color that it is?
