Ok, big person wants to ride

I don't know if any amount of measuring and research and what not can tell you for sure or not if you can ride the potter rides. Prior to my march trip I did SO MUCH measuring and research and was certain I couldn't ride. When we went my friends wanted me to go and I kept saying I couldn't. Well I was eyeballing the outside test seat when the worker asked if I wanted to try it. I jokingly said yes I wanted to know if I was too fat. He said he did t think so and I sat down. He closed the restraint and asked if I was comfortable. I told him it could be tighter if needed and he said no it was locked and cleared. He said I should just ask for an outside seat. Surprised me! We got in like and I was watching to be pulled out and tested again at the inside spot. They didn't. Rode the ride and went fine. When I went back in June I didn't test and just went through line to see if I was ever pulled out....never was. I still told the loading person I wanted outside but no one ever questioned my ability. This was on fj so I can't speak for gringotts til December. I think it just depends how the body squishes around on the seats

Just thought I'd check-in and see if there's been any reports coming in of big folks having trouble on Gringotts? I'm not expecting to be able to fit on Forbidden Journey or Dragon Challenge, but I do have my hopes up for Gringotts! (Female, 6'0", 345 lbs, size 28, most of my weight in my torso, can ride everything at Disney.) I will be there a week from today.

Even if u think you won't be able to ride the ride as long as the line isn't an hour for you are a harry potter fan even in the mildest you should defiantly wait in the que. The bank is awesome and there is a mini ride inside that is worth it just to experience that has no restraints and handicap friendly. There is also a show and a fun little story line that I think is worth it
