ok, another question from this newbie already

I am dying to include the cute BLT images in my siggy. The full pics and the piggy BLT one. When i go to edit my signature area the very bottom with the signature permission has NO beside the "Can upload images for signature and Can upload animated GIF for signature" How can i change this so it will work?

I think you have to have 10 posts or cross some other newbie threshold...whatever it is, it isn't something hard to do IIRC.
