Ok all you Dissers! I need help putting together a binder!

Ok friends, fellow Disers, ........! I need detailed pictures of Vacation Binders....Anybody GOT PICS of their organized binders ???? I went to Staples last night I bought essentials and now I need ideas, lets work together and get the creative flow going........I am a newbe that needs guided ????? I am getting ready to start my Pre-Trip Report, We leave on May 1st & return on May 10th!!!! WHOO HOOOOOOO! However, one needs a little help in the crafty section, my skills are not that shabby if I do say myself, however, always room for some improvement. Come on Y'all help a sista out...........

I am taken back that know one has responded to this, maybe I will submit another NEW thread and see if it captures attention. I find it hard to believe that no body wants to show off their beauiful talents??????

Have you looked on the Creative Disigns thread? I think you will see some of what you are talking about. There are very talented designers on there that make beautiful covers for journals, planners or scrapbooks. Not too mention the t-shirt designs. I would check there. Hope this helps.

I'm working on mine right now. It's going to be so puuurrty..LOL I'll share pictures after the weekend when I'm done.

I started with tabs:

My calendar (just a calendar page of the month we are going) and a day to day calendar planner type of page

Disney's calendar: a calendar page from every park for the month we are going

Restaurant reservations

Hotel reservations

Tips and tricks

Discounts

excel chart with EMH hours and park hours noted for each park..some other info too

Other stuff too...can't remember right now. Now I'm going to decorate it and make it fun!

I always get a 3 ring binder. I found really cute ones at W-mart a few weeks ago.

I make sure it has pockets for travel documents in front & back. I use pocket dividers and put a copy of that day's itenerary in the pocket to put in my fanny pack and sometimes a reduced size copy of menus for the CS restaurants so we can decide where to eat.

Page #1 "cover page" We are going to Disney World
Page #2 has general "tips", ressie #, and any check in notes (like request a certain building, make sure non smoking, etc)
Pages #3+ the dining plan. This time I"m taking a revised list of the qualifying snacks and a list of the DDP restaurants.

Then begins each day's section
For each day I have an Itenerary
I also include menus for any restaurants we are dining at that day.

I can't figure out how to add my photos. Can anyone help? An I'll add photos.

I did it!! I have my DISNEY TRIP BINDER TOGETHER!!! WHOO HOO! Airplane tickets bought! Trip PAID! We are on a roll

I am going to be making my Countdown Chart w/ my Home Depot Mickey's.....I will post those later....probably on my PreTrippie.

Isn't it sooooooo kewl!!!! I found the ultimate packing list on www.allearsnet.com. I am now working on our countdown poster that will hang on my sons bedroom door. I went to HomeDepot and got all my different color Mickey Heads, and a blue poster board it looks great so far. yea, I don't plan for any other trip like this, it is like an addiction.

Your binder is awesome. I have some of the same things in mine. Disney.go.com has a calendar maker that I put my ressie # numbers on and birthdays. It also has color pages for the kids. I copied tons for the girls to color on while flying. Made them each a color book with princess markers.

I have alot of other info in this binder, however, for safety reasons, I didn't include them...I had all my ressie, confirmation #'s...plane ticket confirms...hotel confirms...so I couldn't show those, oh I also included my extra mickey heads in it. I LOVE MY BINDER...I can use it every year too...just change the graphics...I have started putting my baggalini together too. That will be making its debut soon...
