and the panic is start to set in:rotfl:

So I hope you don't mind if I pick your brains with a range of (probably) trivial questions ......

From the Eurostar station is the Sequoia Lodge easy to find and an ok walk with child a luggage to save having to wait for the bus ?

Buggy hire - can you take these out of the park to the Disney Village and can you hire them for the duration of your trip ?

Can you get in to a vehicle that goes up and down Main St at each end and are the queues for this normally ok ?

Which lands/rides have opened for EMH recently ?

Is the Disneyland Railway open at EMH or if not what sort of time does it open ? Is it true that you can never get on it at Main St and finally does it just go one way around the park ?

Have just reread my q's and some sound mad but please be gentle with me :rotfl2: my French is not great and am also worried that this is going to be a problem.

Thats all I can think of for now - thanks for reading this far !!!!

I'm sorry I can't answer all your questions, but first don't worry about your lack of French, you don't need it. Of course its polite to say a few words like please and thankyou in French but everyone I've ever come across there can speak at least some English.
I believe you have to hire a buggy each day and I don't think you can take them to the Studios (they have buggy hire too) but I am ready to be corrected - perhaps with a bigger deposit you can.
Main St is very short, but if you are lucky you could catch a vehicle. Some of them only fit a few people though so you do have to be lucky or wait a while.
Fantasyland and Discoveryland open for EMH, but not all the rides (and some of them that are supposed to be open are not always open). In the morning you can only board the train at Main St, the other stations are closed for boarding. There is a sign at the bottom of the stairs to Main St station telling you how long the wait is. It's better to consider the train as another ride rather than transport, the park isn't that big and if the wait is long it's much quicker to walk. Yes it just goes one way round.

...and I can answer your question about sequoia lodge - just go from station through disney village and head for the lake. You will see s.l is on the opposite side and takes prob about 10 mins to walk via hotel n.y. Our 7 & 3 yr old managed it fine. The excitement outways tiredness, and the fresh air and exercise is good after the boring train journey!!!The bus is prob busy at that time and just a tad stressy!:headache:

We found the quickest way to get to the SL is to walk through the village, then, keeping the lake on your right hand side and the Hotel New York on your left continue forward and take the next right (kind of walking round the lake in a clockwise direction).

Then you walk over a hump, down a slope, and there is a back/side entrance to the SL on your left, with mirrored doors. You will find yourself on the ground floor, and will need to make your way up to the 1st floor for check in, there is a small lift that will take you up if you don't want to use the stairs.

Don't do what we did and go round the lake anti-clockwise, while it's nice to bypass the Newport Bay, it's probably not the best route if you want to get to the hotel and drop your luggage ASAP :rolleyes1
