OJ is out!

That’s why I put “by law” in there. I certainly don’t consider him innocent but when it comes to things like trying to ban someone from a state if they can do it to him then they can do it to me. We can’t cherry pick based on our feelings. That’s a huge slippery slope IMO.
Well, the AG probably shouldn't. But I have no qualms about doing so.

So just to split hairs though (this is something my mom and I have debated on another case) there is no way for someone to be found innocent-that’s not a verdict the jury is able to make.
I understand that. Only said that I won't refer to him as such.

Well, FL's Attorney General sure doesn't want him there. She's encouraging people to send in photos if they see him doing anything questionable.

What could possibly go wrong.......

Please tell me she is doing the same for George Zimmerman

Not guilty & innocent are mutually exclusive. You do know he was sentenced to minimum 9 years, ain't exactly innocent.
How’s this? “Found not guilty of the two brutal murders he was accused of and the reason people want to keep him out of their state.” I know he’s not an innocent man. Hell my taxes helped feed him the last nine years.

As OJ is out on parole, Nevada would have to request Florida to oversee his parole, including assigning a parole officer to him. This has to be worked out before he leaves Nevada. I believe a couple of reasons he'd like to get into Florida is (1) under Florida law he can not be forced to sell a primary residence to satisfy a court judgment (which he has against him) and (2) his NFL pension can not be attached for the same wrongful death judgement.

Is that only in Florida? I thought it was federal law.

It isn't a coincidence his children both decided to move to Florida.
