I just made my yearly furnace cleaning for October 6th and questioned the per gallon rate for this upcoming season. I was told for ME it would be $149.9/gallon.
Then she went on to say that I didn't have a service contract. So I asked her how much cheaper the rates would be if I had the contract. She then quoted me $129.9/gallon . . .then I said I paid $1.09/gallon last year without a service contract. She then said well I can get you a price of $1.19.9/gallon.
Meanwhile they are wining and dining non-yearly customers with the $109.9/gallon rate. What's up with that?
