OP - not sure why you were eating Triple Zero but a quick comparison shows it does not have any fewer calories than the regular kind (give or take a few; depending on the flavour). Regular or low-fat doesn't have any fibre but since that's what is "messing you up", why not just try without it? FWIW - I absolutely LOVE Oikos - it's a pretty good use of 120 calories IMO. Glad to hear you're feeling better.
