Ohio Bill would outlaw abortion for ANY reason

I didnt even know about this until posted in the paper.
This would outlaw abortion for any reason even if it would save the woman's life.

I am very much pro-choice and it makes me so sad to read articles like this. To rule out abortion to those who are victims of rape or incest or to women who are in poor health is just wrong, IMHO, as these things can be detrimental to the health of a fetus as well.

Well I guess if that law is passed it is one state I will not be visiting. I guess the Football Hall of Fame is out of the question for hubby.

Every so often you get legislatures that try this. They're trying to pass it, have it challenged and get the Supreme Court involved because they think it's possible they will get a result more to their liking than the current case precedent.

If abortion ends up getting passed back to the states by the Supreme Court, then that will be the time for everyone to decide what state they want to live in.

it would make it a felony for anyone to take a woman across the state line to obtain an abortion elsewhere.

Wow. It's hard to believe that anyone would interfere in people's private lives as much as this.
