Ohana's

I have a feeling you are the right people to ask!

I have a booking at Ohana's as part of our wedding activities, do you know if you are given floral lays whilst at dinner?

I've seen other people's pics from dining there and some people have them and some don't.
If not I will organise with the restaurant to take my own but thought it was worth checking on here first!

In the past we were always given them in the lobby when we walked in. However, this last trip there wa sa man walking around and handing them out to the people waiting. This was for breakfast. If there is no one around the folks at the front desk will always give you some.

I know that you get lays when you check in. I have eaten at Ohana quite a few times and i never remember getting them. That said if you tell them it is part of your wedding activities they will probably do something special.

You can get leis all around the Polynesian. If you don't see anyone handing them out, just ask either in the lobby or at the restaurant!

There is a lady that sings during dinner and if you go up to her during the activities she does you will get one. She hands them out.

Funny because I have eaten at 'Ohana three times and have never received leis. I guess it's just luck maybe...

We have never been given them at Ohana. Only in the lobby. Last time there was a huge basket of them sitting near the kids waiting area and a CM pointed to them and said 'help yourself'.

We received them when we checked in during our stay at Poly two years ago. We noticed while dining at Ohana's if you got up and participated in the hula lessons, you received one for your effort. When we went to dinner several years ago with a large groups, I brought them with us just to be certain.

We have eaten at 'OHana several times and not received leis. On one occasion we did receive them and we were recognized as the 50th family to be seated that evening ? ! ?.

Ate at Ohana's last month. Leis were given out by the Hawaiian host/performer. They are the party-favor type. First, multi-colored were given out to the kids who went up to do the hula. Then, yellow ones were given to those who were there for a special occasion. And finally more yellow ones were given to kids to distribute to everyone in their party.
