This june I'll be going to Ohana's for the first time and I could use some help. Can anyone tell me what they thought of the restaurant? Also what's some of the good things to order? This would really help me out. Thank You.

How does the character breakfast work with family-style serving? I checked out the menu on all ears - can one person order as many different items as they want or do you just pick one item off of the menu? Sorry to sound ignorant but for $18.99 I want to be clear on what I am going to get! Thanks in advance!

With the breakfast you can ask for more, and they will bring it to you, just like dinner.

As far as dinner- we wish the food was better. We absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and surroundings- it's so much fun!!! We were just disappointed in the food- much better before. We would like to go back for the atmosphere, but don't want to spend the $25 for atmosphere and decent food.

JMHO! :teeth:

We had our rehearsal dinner here. 25 ppl. Everyone thought the food and atmosphere were great. only 1 complaint....we were seated about 1 hour after our reservation time. :tink:

We ate at Ohana's 2 weeks ago. The views and atmoshpere were great!!! I could see Cindy's castle from our table!!!! My 5 yo DD had a blast with the coconut races and the hula lessons. The food was not the highlight of our trip. The shrimp appetizer was good and the cheezy potatoes were wonderful. The meat was tough and dry. If we went back it would be for the atmosphere and kids activities, not the food. (the food was not awful.....just not the best!)

i ate there in december for the first time. LOVED IT!

We love the Character Breakfast at Ohana, it is on our Must Do list every trip. For us we just haven't really arrived at Disney until we hit Ohanna for breakfast... it's always our first morning! I think it is the most relaxing of all the character meals. We were last there in December... Mickey, Pluto and Stitch joined us. Our son, who is now 9 still enjoys the characters and even got up for the parade!

The food is great, not 5 star fancy, but great. When you're first seated they serve the world's best Pineapple bread; then they bring out Mickey waffles, fat link sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes in a large serving wok and orange juice, coffee & milk. And they will bring more of what ever you want as many times as you ask.

My son is lactose intorerant and the "cousin" even went off in search of chocolate soy milk! She came back a few minutes later with plain soy milk & chocolate syrup! He was thrilled. Another great visit to Ohanna!

'Ohana is our favorite place to eat. Our kids love the activities and it keeps them quiet during the meal. We also love the food and the new dessert is wonderful. The servers bring all the food to your table during the meal and you can get more of what you want.
