'Ohana's Wings

I came across the recipe a while back on these boards. I have since made it a few times. I've also used the seasoning & sauce on pork chops, chicken breasts & smoked pork butt!

Seasoning:
1 T salt
1 T paprika
1 T sugar
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t turmeric
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t cayenne pepper

Mix together & sprinkle liberally over meat. You can then either grill or bake it.

Sauce:
1/2 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
1 T cornstarch
1/2 T chili powder
1/2 T lime juice
1/2 T ground coriander
1/4 t ground ginger

I usually double the sauce recipe so there's extra for dipping.

You are all welcome! I can't remember what thread I found the recipe on originally but I was pretty pumped when I saw it. It has become a regular around here! Enjoy!!!! :)

Oh and, in case you didn't know because I sure didn't, you can buy little plastic limes filled with lime juice at Walmart in the produce section. I had always seen the lemons like that but never the limes. It's much easier than juicing the actual lime. And then last week I found a bigger bottle of lime juice at Target. Target brand even.

I just made these:
