We want to try either O'hana's or 1900 Park Fare this trip. Wanted to try dinner, but am having trouble coordinating our schedule. Is breakfast at either place good? If so, which would you choose? Or should I rearrange our schedule to coordinate with dinner at one of the two restaurants? Anyone have an opinion?

Gosh, that's hard!!!!! We LOVED the food at Ohanas for dinner, LOVED IT. I have heard good things about the breakfast, but of course it's not the same atmosphere with the food and traditional characters are there.

I have done the 1900 Park Fair character breakfast and LOVED IT. The food was good, great atmosphere, and I'm a Mary Poppins freak. Their dinner now has Cindy and the gang, which is a big plus... I can't vouch for their dinner food, sorry =(

Are you sure you can't do both? They're both so different!! Sorry I wasn't much help. I suppose I would say that Ohanas by far gets the best reviews on here consistently, so if characters arent a big draw for you, then I would do that.

I've done dinner at both. The food at O'Hana's is the best we had during our 8 day stay--however, most other dinners were character meals and more traditional food. The dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare was also nice and the kids enjoyed the characters--My daughter especially enjoyed seeing Prince Charming(he is hard to find elsewhere) and my son enjoyed seeing the mice. You can't go wrong either way. O'Hana's also has coconut races for the kids that are fun and they get gummy worms for competing. If the characters are not a huge draw, I would definitely go with O'Hanas.

Have fun!!!!!!

I would vote for 'Ohana's. Other than Boma, it was our favorite restaurant last trip. We did the dinner at 1900 PArk Fare as well and it was OK, but we all agree, 'Ohana was much better. at 1900 Park Fare we felt rushed and the food just wasn't as good. Good luck deciding!

For breakfast I highly recommend 1900 Park Fare. The food seems to be a cut above the norm for WDW buffets.:earsboy:
