Ohana's Late Dinner?

Hi All!

Just wondering if any of you have had late dinners (8:30-9:00) at Ohana's? We are really looking forward to eating here, but scheduling is a problem.

We have eaten there late before and we especially like being able to see Wishes over the castle from our dining table at 9:00.

It's a very nice way to end the day.

I agree with the previous poster. I think eating at O'hana later is better. The view of Wishes is breathtaking and you don't have to fight a crowd! They turned on the music for wishes as we sat there. It was the best night on our whole trip (I should also mention we hired a babysitter for the night so being with out kids might have made it even better) But don't worry about was perfect for us!

This past October, we had 9:10pm (I think) ressies on a Saturday night...our last night at Disney. But we knew that times/seatings get pushed back later and later as the night goes on, so we expected a 30-40 minute wait, and it was...seated at 9:45. Enjoyed a crowded Tambu longue though.

Once seated, we had a very nice dining experience. Food was freshly prepared, service was good...we weren't rushed. They did stop the coconut races and hula-hoop contests at 9pm though, so our kids didn't get to do that. However, mine were mainly interested in the gummy-worms given at the end of the race, and our waitress gladly brought each of my kids a cupful of worms.
