Ohana's in Jan

I would love to see Wishes from Ohana's ( could be around 6-7PM from as best as I can tell) I made aPs for 5:50 but wonder if I should make it earlier, like first seating. if that is 5:30 what are the chances we would be done and gone in case they are 7, but also what are the chances we will be seated by 6 with my present PS (in case they are 6) any professional odds makers?
