'Ohana's - Electric Water Pagent or Wishes?

I'm confused. I have seen people post 2 different things concerning eating at 'Ohana's. Are you suppose to ask for a window seating so that you can see the Wishes fireworks or is it suppose to be so that you can see the Electric Water Pagent?

I have never been to 'Ohana's, so I don't know where it is in connection to seeing either.

Would you suggest making PS's either before or after both of them or trying to get a window seat and watch from there?

That would be to see wishes. However, in August we did not request a water view. We were seated near the cooking area and we were able to see wishes just fine (they pipe the music in, too). Seeing wishes from Ohana was a surprise and a treat for us. We will be there again on 10/25 for DD's birthday.

Last year we had the best experience - we had a wonderful dinner at Ohana and then we decided to take the boat back to Magic Kingdom to hook up with our hotel bus. Our timing was perfect because just as our boat started across the water the water parade began and we had to sit in the boat and wait for it to pass us before we could cross to Magic Kingdom. Talk about an up front view - it was so neat! The kids absolutely loved it. I'm sure we could never time that again, even if we tried.
