Ohanas- Drinks Included In Price?

I have never been there and on wdwig.com it says drinks are not included in price of meal. Is this true, cause I thought every character meal included non alcholic drinks? Also, at night its 23.99 a person and doesnt it include a non alcholic drink?I would like your help in this matter!! Thanks guys-

Ps- We are considering to go to Grand Floridian for dinner and was wondering if the cafe serves dinner and how is it?

Last time I was there, we had to pay for our drinks--both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. This was for dinner. Are you talking about breakfast? I know that for dinner there were no characters roaming. I believe this is only for breakfast. Hope this helps.
