OK everyone I just thought I would let you all know that I just book our rehersal dinner for our wedding at Ohana's for March 5th at 5:30. IT was easy and painless to book for the 32 people that are coming!
I do apologize if anyone else was going to eat there that night! We can get a little roudy!!!

No problem with the roudiness. I won't get there until March 13th. I thought you were going to tell me about not getting and ADR even though you booked at the 180 day mark. I arrive on March 7th, so my 180 mark is tomorrow. Guess I better firm up my dining decisions, as there will be 10 of us for 10 days, so I don't think the ADRs will be easy to change later on.

Congrats on your upcoming Wedding!! Your post, however, reminded me of the most awful thing that I saw at O'hana Last March 1st!! It was a group of folks who, like you, were having their wedding rehersal dinner- There were probably about 40 of them or so- and they were seated in the middle of the "coconut racetrack" (for want of a better word to describe the round path in the middle of the restaurant). As you prob. know - there is "entertainment" in O'hana during dinner - including a wandering ukele-player, and on this night, Auntie so-and-so came up and gave hula lessons- plus the coconut races and hula-hooping --all right by the wedding party....Soooooo, ALOT of people are coming and going into that area to take pictures of their kids, do the hula-hoops, etc. Not to mention the Ukele player and the wait staff.....The wedding party was having a great time- esp. all the male attendants - Because the Bride-to-be was wearing a spaghetti-strap dress that was SOOOOO low-cut that when she sat down - You could see EVERYTHING down to her waist....I mean EVERYONE (waitstaff, children hula-hooping, that ukele player, all the parents taking pictures of their children cocnut racing, etc.) that was walking by, or anyone closer than 20 feet from her had a full view - and that was alot of people. I couldn't stand it anymore, figuring she mustn't be aware of it - so I pulled a wiser, older woman in the party aside (The Grandmother?) and whispered that maybe she should mention something to the B-T-B in private - and GrandMa just snapped at me - and never said anything to the B-T-B. I suppose I shouldn't have said anything - but I was trying to help...

Okay - Long story - I was so embarrased for the poor girl. I couldn't believe that her husband -to-be didn't say something to her! Please get as Rowdy as you like!!! The more the merrier!! AT this point, nothing would shock me - as they say- I've seen it all!!! :rotfl2: Jill

Oh wow!!
I would totally want someone to tell me if I was "Hanging out" like that girl!
I can't wait for our rehersal dinner! We have a lot of kids in the wedding party/related to the wedding party. I picked Ohanah's becuase that way they won't get as bored!
I am hoping to be in front of all the action! I love the little games they do there!

PS
THank you for NOT sharing a photo!!! lol I wouldn't want to see that!
